Direction wins major campaign run with one of the biggest quality newspapers in the UK. Direction received 180,000 paperback books across a number of titles, ready to be picked, packed and despatched in response to a campaign running in the Daily Telegraph. We received postal applications with cheques for payments on a daily basis. Customers could order as many books as they liked, from the promotion run in press only.
We handled all data capture and banking of payments and despatched individual orders. Orders were sent on a daily basis during the campaign period, with daily reporting to our client on orders responses & orders fulfilled.
